Kayla is one of the most respected sales leaders in our industry. She’s held leadership sales positions at several well-known agencies and developed a reputation for doing digital marketing sales the right way.

What do we mean by the right way?

We’ve all had the unpleasant experience of logging into LinkedIn and finding a slew of messages in our LinkedIn inbox from total strangers sending the same canned message to thousands of people. It’s not pleasant.

Kayla suggests an alternative approach which she calls “sales with a soul.” Kayla’s approach places a premium on targeting fewer, higher quality prospects with an authentic message offering to help out.

Kayla also practices a “no asshole” policy. She actually turns down sales opportunities when the prospect is going to be a headache after the sale.
