Responsibilities
- Prospect and Connect: Utilize outbound sales techniques and lead-generation strategies to identify and reach potential clients.
- Self-manage: Maintain an organized, robust sales pipeline while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Present with Impact: Schedule, organize, and deliver engaging product demonstrations, showcasing the value and capabilities of our digital advertising solutions.
- Close Deals: Follow up on sales leads, negotiate, and close deals, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive and goal-oriented efforts.
- Outside Sales: Attend conferences, events, and networking opportunities to generate leads, expand partnerships, and promote our services with an enthusiastic and organized approach.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, client success, and technical support, to ensure clients have a seamless experience and all sales efforts align with team goals.
- CRM Rigor and Forecast Accuracy: High level of discipline in CRM management, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting accuracy. Ability to track leading indicators (activity metrics, pipeline velocity, stage conversion) and reliably project revenue outcomes.
Required Skills
- Value-Based Selling: Ability to lead discovery conversations that uncover strategic business challenges, quantify opportunity, and position solutions based on measurable ROI. Skilled in diagnosing marketing inefficiencies and aligning solutions to executive-level priorities.
- Sales Presentation Skills: Proven track record in sales, with experience scheduling, organizing, and delivering sales presentations that engage and persuade.
- Event and Conference Skills: Skilled in working conferences, engaging new leads, and networking to expand market reach while representing the team and brand.
- Pipeline Management: Experience using sales pipeline and CRM tools to stay organized, manage contacts, and maintain CRM hygiene to produce accurate records of sales activities.
- Relationship-oriented: Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and a genuine love for people, paired with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that contribute to a collaborative work environment.
