Welcome back to another episode of Local Search Tuesdays. This week, it’s our most popular episode every year… NADA mean tweets.
I’ve been doing the mean tweet bit for 8 or 9 years now. It’s basically a copy of the Jimmy Kimmel sketch where he has celebrities read mean tweets about themselves. I grabbed vendors and dealers at NADA in New Orleans and had them read mean tweets. Every year, this is always one of our most popular episodes – check it out:
Joe Dallas: Let’s see. Ryan G tweets, Joe Dallas looks like he asked his barber for the midlife crisis, but with highlights.
Thanks, Ryan.
Jennifer Briggs: They say ignorance is bliss, and Jennifer Briggs is the happiest person I know.
Chad Graves’ parents said he could be anything he wants to be. Chose a disappointment?
Oh.
Dave Spannhake: Dave Spannhake looks like he cries over bad Yelp reviews that he left about himself.
Let’s see.
Zach Billings: Zach Billings looks like he takes BuzzFeed quizzes way too seriously.
I do.
Brent Weese: Brent Weese is proof that even bad examples can be useful. What?
Brent Weese is proof that bad examples can be useful.
Useful.
Tina Cuatto: Tina Cuatto dresses like a thrift store threw up on her and then apologized for it.
Paul Daly: That’s The only time Paul Daley isn’t as dumb as he looks is when I close my eyes.
Ouch. I’m so nice to people. What? I don’t get it.
Micah Birkholz: Micah Birkholz looks like the kind of guy who gets banned from Magic the Gathering tournaments for inappropriate behavior.
Yeah. That’s happened.
Eliana Raggio: I’m pretty sure Eliana Raggio claps when the microwave beeps. Really? Really? Is that what you think? Hell, mean tweet.
Funny stuff, right? That’s all the time we have left for this week’s episode, so you know what that means. Put your hand on the screen right here: We totally just high-fived ‘cause you learned something awesome (and laughed). Thanks for watching, and we’ll see you again next week for another episode of Local Search Tuesdays.
